Posted a year ago, Eric Lagerstrom shows us how to make the most of a day in the sun. Last year, during the summer solstice Lagerstrom did an epic day of training.

Unfortunately, since Escape from Alcatraz in early June, Lagerstrom has been on the sidelines with a stress fracture in his foot. Despite the fracture, he has been able to train in the lakes around Mount Hood in Oregon (watch below). Relying on news from his Instagram, Lagerstrom will be back biking and running soon.
