I’ve traditionally been pretty basic when it comes to non-food nutrition. I’ll take carbs and electrolytes during workouts and protein after, but nothing else. I always felt like I had a good diet and got what I needed from my food. But then Greg Cowan from F2C Nutrition introduced me to Pharma-Greens and that changed my mind. I’m a skeptical person, but since being introduced to Pharma-Greens, I’ve taken it every morning because I feel like I have more energy throughout the day. I have fewer cravings to snack, and just feel better.
