My Go-To Smoothie Recipe

One of the things I get asked about most is my day-to-day nutrition. So, for this week’s video, I’ve decided to share my go-to smoothie recipe. It’s a pretty simple recipe that can be usedĀ as a small meal or a post-workout snack.

  • 4 ice cubes
  • 2/3 cup of frozen berries and banana
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1 scoop of F2C Vegan-Pure Vanilla Protein
  • 1 tablespoon of natural peanut butter

It’s about 290 calories, 22g of protein, 26g of carbs, 8g of fat.
