Designed to improve upper body strength including the chest, core and arms, the Freeflow pull buoy allows swimmers to focus on stroke correction without having to worry about their kick. Encouraging optimal body position, the pull buoy raises hips closer to the surface of the water for an improved streamline position. The Freeflow features a traditional figure-eight design and is made with smooth buoyant foam so it won’t create friction and chafe. While it’s not gender-specific, the Freeflow is less bulky than some pull buoys so is ideal for smaller swimmers.
