How to watch the Collins Cup

Don't miss the live coverage of this weekend's Collins Cup

It is the flagship event of the Professional Triathletes Organisation – an event modelled on golf’s Ryder Cup that features three teams – Europe, USA and International – compete in 12 matches. Each team is made up of six men and women and, this year especially, just making the team is a feat in itself. The Collins Cup is the sport’s largest prize money event, with US$1.5 million on offer to the pros competing in the race.

While, on paper, Team Europe should defend its title, this year’s International squad feels like it can contend for the trophy, and it’s not hard to see how that could be true.
