Another weekly roundup of great triathlon Instagram accounts to follow.
The Island House Triathlon took place a couple weeks ago. Ten top male and female pros competed in three days of racing including an individual time trial prologue for a serious prize purse. If you want to get inspired this month, check out their Instagram accounts for some awesome snapshots of the pros in their element.
Timothy O’Donnell is husband of legend Mirinda Carfrae and a talented pro triathlete himself. His Instagram account features his day-to-day life training and racing around the world.
Alex Coates is an up-and-coming pro from Ontario. She races on the ITU circuit and we recently interviewed her for a “Pro Profile” Q&A. She’s always on the go training and studying for her M.Sc. at the University of Guelph.
Michelle Vesterby is a Danish triathlete known for her big smile that positive energy that follows her everywhere she goes. She placed 4th at Kona this year and posts pics of her training that will be sure to inspire you to get out there and swim, bike and run.
This Australian triathlete is engaged to fellow pro Beth Gerdes. He recently raced at the Island House Triathlon and we’re excited to see him compete at the upcoming Challenge Laguna Tri-fest
