With less than seven weeks until race day at Triathlon Vitoria, my training focus has shifted from half- to full-distance training. It’s not just going to be longer workouts and big simulation days, I’m also going to put a greater focus on my race nutrition, staying in a good aero position and strength training.  Triathlon Vitoria is going to be my first overseas race and I’m looking forward to a solid block of training to put on a good showing on race day.
