It seems like multi-day triathlon events are becoming more popular. I raced American Triple T in 2016, which is four races over three days that add up to an Ironman. I knew it would be tough, but it turned out to be way tougher than expected. Logistics, nutrition, and fatigue all have a significant impact on your race and the entire experience, and it pays to be prepared. These are my four tips to keep in mind when you take on a multi-day triathlon event.
