New documentary features ITU Penticton race

The Last Mile features the 2017 ITU Long Distance World Championship held in Penticton last summer and follows several athletes in the lead-up to the race including Penticton athletes Jeff Symonds and Jen Annett

A new full-length documentary called The Last Mile was released on Youtube on January 15. The film features Penticton as an iconic triathlon destination and focuses in on the 2017 ITU Long Distance World Championship that took place there last August. Several age group and pro athletes are featured in the film, including Penticton’s own Jeff Symonds and Jen Annett and their lead-up to the race:
