American Triple-T is a race that more people should know about because it’s an awesome event.  I raced it in 2016 after hearing about it on Slowtwitch.  It isn’t your normal triathlon weekend, you’re going to do 4 races over 3 days.  They have 2 distances, the ST and the XT.  The ST is a Super Sprint Friday night, 2 Sprints Saturday (with the afternoon sprint being bike-swim-run), and an Olympic on Sunday.  The XT is a Super Sprint Friday night, 2 Olympics Saturday (and the afternoon Olympic is bike-swim-run), and a half Sunday that doubles as Toughman Ohio.  The HFP racing team that put on the event do a great job.  It’s a professional race, but has the feel of a community event.  Whether you want to race Triple-T, or use it as a training event, its a great option.  It’s also great value, the weekend of racing is less than your typical Ironman 70.3 race entry.
I’ll be racing the ST event in 2019, and I can’t wait!
