Ironman Louisville occurred over the same weekend as the World Championship in Kona. Although it didn’t get as much attention, many Canadian age group triathletes raced at Ironman Louisville in Kentucky.

Due to heavy rain and strong currents in the Ohio River, the swim was shortened from 3.8K to a 1.5K course.

Race winners, Chris Lieferman and Jennifer Spieldenner posted a clocking of 7:34:08 and 8:43:22. Canada’s top finishers were JP Bergeron (8:47:25) and Julia Wilkes (9:57:52).

Here are the top Canadian age group results from Louisville, Kentucky.
