Jen Annett, the Ironman bike course world record holder, will continue to partner with F2C Nutrition in 2019. In 2018, Annett had three podium finishes at Ironman races, including Ironman Arizona (bike course record), Lake Placid and 70.3 Victoria.

Having spent the last 14 years living in Penticton, BC, Annett was inspired to compete in a triathlon after watching her first Ironman race. She began age group racing in 2008, completing her first IRONMAN and qualifying for the World Championships in Hawaii.

Despite being told by medical personnel in 2010 to give up triathlons due to an epilepsy diagnosis, Annett found a way to manage her diagnosis and continuing to race and train. In 2013, the Canuck made the step up to the professional field. Now in 2019, Annett has several podium finishes at Ironman and 70.3 races, including the Ironman bike course world record of 4:25:10.

“F2C Nutrition is happy to have Jen returning as an ambassador for the brand. We partner with athletes who share our ideals, ethics and ambition.  Inspiring us by her work ethic, determination and overcoming obstacles in her life,” says Greg Cowan, F2C Nutrition President and CEO.

“Using F2C nutrition products both in training and on a day-to-day basis has allowed me to train harder, recover faster and get faster,” says Annett. “This has shown in my results over the last two seasons as I have continually been able to better my times and hit the podium.”

Annett will be making her season debut this weekend at Ironman 70.3 St.Geroge. Up next is a showdown with Rachel McBride at Ironman 70.3 Victoria on June 2nd.
