When you have the chance to chat with triathlon legends Craig “Crowie” Alexander (three-time Kona champ) and Cameron Brown (12-time Ironman New Zealand champion), you grab it, right? Triathlon Magazine editor Kevin Mackinnon caught up with the two stars at the 40th anniversary of the Noosa Triathlon. In addition to getting their take on the amazing race in Noosa, they chat about the PTO, Ironman and the state of professional racing these days. And, since they were two of the sport’s top runners, we ask how fast they would have gone in carbon-plate shoes!
