“HITS Triathlon Series continues to change the landscape of high-end triathlons by giving athletes access to well-run, multi-distance events in destination locations all year round,” says co-founder Tom Struzzieri.

People love the family feel of the HITS races. Wilson personally greets racers as they come out of the water and can be seen throughout the course cheering people on.  “My hope is that every athlete will feel like part of the hits family and not just a number on our start list,” Wilson says.

The series has grown steadily since it began in 2011.  Many races have seen a 30 per cent increase and the most popular Napa race has seen 100 per cent increase.
