Canadian female triathlon apparel brand BRAVA reveals highly anticipated second collection

Something exciting for female triathletes to get excited about as training ramps up this spring

Last year, Montreal-based BRAVA Triathlon made their launch as Canada’s first female-specific triathlon and endurance apparel company, coming out with a line tri kits, cycling and swim apparel available in four fresh, bold and feminine prints. The brand, founded by two avid female age groupers, was overwhelmed with the success of their first collection, and launched a second collection today, inspired in part by the elements that made the first resonate so deeply with female endurance athletes.

We loved BRAVA’s first collection and though rarely is the sequel better than the original, we like this one even better. BRAVA’s designs are partly inspired by geographical triathlon hotspots (Arizona and now Hawaii) — this year, you can spot elements of Hawaii’s gorgeous nature in some of the prints, appropriately named “Organic”, “Mineral” and “Maui”. This year’s stand-out design, for us, is the Puzzle print, a combination of fun colours in off-beat shapes:

Each of these new designs will be available in BRAVA’s popular two-piece sleeveless and sleeved tri kits. NEW this year is the long-awaited sleeved one-piece tri-suit which will be available in the Colour Block, Maui and Puzzle designs. Swimwear remains a staple on the BRAVA line with a new tie-back swimsuit offered this year. Later this spring, a jacket and technical running racerback will be added to the lineup.

Here’s a look at all the new prints:
