Previewing the 15th Ironman Brazil
Ezequiel Morales is back to defend on Sunday May 26.

On Sunday May 26, two thousand athletes from 34 countries are expected to race in Florianopolis, Santa Catarina, at the 15th Ironman Brazil.
Defending men’s champion Ezequiel Morales of Argentina is back, but last year’s women’s champion Sofie Goos (BEL) is not. American Jessie Donavan is the frontrunner and is on a bit of roll after her debut win at Ironman Lake Placid last summer. She’s added wins at Ironman Mont-Tremblant and South Africa since then. Victoria’s Sara Gross will look to grab her first Ironman win.
