One Million Dollars for the Raelert’s?
K-Swiss offers a bold incentive.
The Raelert brothers, Andreas (second at the 2010 Ironman World Championships) and Michael (two time Ironman 70.3 World Champion) have been offered a huge cash incentive as extra motivation for when they race together at the Ironman World Championships on Saturday October 8.
Their sponsors K-Swiss, have pledged to give the pair one million dollars if one of them is able to win the men’s race, and the other is able to finish in second at Kona.
“This really shows the world what the triathlon community is all about. We hope to meet them at the finish line in Kona with a check in hand to award that dedication,” said Steven Nichols, CEO of K-Swiss.
