Lisa Norden crushes at Ironman 70.3 Syracuse

Sweden’s Lisa Norden, the London Olympic games silver medalist, totally destroyed the women’s field in their Ironman 70.3 debut in Syracuse. Norden laid down dominant splits across all three sports (26:28 swim, 2:23:52 bike, and 1:30:46 run) to win by over 22 minutes (4:24:37 finish time).
