Ironman 70.3 New Orleans

This Sunday April 18.

Just take one quick look at the professional start list at the bottom of this article and you will quickly realize that New Orleans is in for some fast and exciting racing this Sunday.

For men there is Chris McCormack (2007 Ironman World Champion), 2007 and 2008 Ironman 70.3 World Champions – Andy Potts (USA) and Terenzo Bozzone (NZL). We also can’t forget New Zealand’s Bryan Rhodes (making a strong comeback from an Achilles rupture), Britain’s Paul Amey, Luxembourg’s Dirk Bockel, and USA’s Ben Hoffman (fresh off of a 7th place finish at 70.3 California)

The women’s field is packed with talent as well: Yvonne Van Vlerken (NED), Samantha Warriner (NZL), along with Americans Amy Marsh (2009 Ironman Wisconsin Champion), Linsey Corbin and two-time Ironman Champion Dede Griesbauer.
