Changes at Cervelo
White becomes the sole CEO.
Toronto based Cervelo announced that owners and founders Gerard Vroomen and Phil White will shift roles with White becoming the sole CEO and Vroomen taking a step back – though he will continue his role on the company’s Board.
“We’ve spent the past three months working on the best company structure for the future,” White said in the release. “We have decided to concentrate our global supply chain in Toronto with European & Rest of World sales management being consolidated from Switzerland to our German office. These steps are currently in process, and the resulting improvements in efficiency have already proven significant.”
