ITU World Triathlon Series dates announced for 2016
The dates and distances have been confirmed for the 2016 ITU World Triathlon Series calendar and includes the addition of Cape Town to the schedule.
The 2016 Series will feature races in nine cities across five continents. There will be six Olympic distance races and three sprints events.

Yokohama will be the last chance to secure Olympic Qualification Points, while Hamburg will serve as the final WTS event ahead of the Rio de Janeiro Olympics. Hamburg will also host the Mixed Relay World Championships.
