Ironman Australia & Ironman 70.3 Port Macquarie

The 2011 Ironman Australia and Ironman 70.3 Port Macquarie will take place on Sunday, May 1, 2011.

Registration for both events will open on Saturday, May 1, 2010, at noon AEST. Entries will be capped at 1000 for Ironman Australia and 500 for Ironman 70.3 Port Macquarie. A total of 75 Ironman Australia entry places have been set aside for ‘Ironman Australia Legends,’ individuals who have finished Ironman Australia 10 or more times.

Registration for Ironman Western Australia – Sunday December 5, 2010, is still open and is halfway full. The closing date for entries to the John Maclean Foundation Relay Event has been extended to September 30^th.

All Ironman events in Australia are now operated by World Triathlon Corporation (WTC) through its Australia-based staff.
