Ironman Mont-Tremblant Wins Industry Award

Ironman Mont-Tremblant was awarded a prestigious prize in the triathlon industry. Triathlon Business International named Ironman Mont-Tremblant “The Best Large Triathlon” during their annual conference in 2014. The award acknowledges excellence in the preparation, marketing, organization and overall experience of Ironman events around the world.

“What a great honour to have our efforts acknowledged by this ultimate reward. Once again, the success of Ironman Mont-Tremblant is being recognized, and when this recognition comes from our peers, I think it is a real sign that we are moving in the right direction,” said Dominique Piché, producer and event director of Ironman Mont-Tremblant.

“We would truly like to thank all of the people that are involved in the organization of these fantastic and unique events that are only in their second edition. Thanks to the numerous volunteers, to our partners – the city of Mont-Tremblant, Mont-Tremblant Resort, Tourism Mont-Tremblant, the Quebec Government and the Canadian Government – and of course to the residents of the Mont-Tremblant region, who have allowed us to help the world discover the amazing area that is Mont-Tremblant.”

The next editions of the Mont-Tremblant Triathlon 5150, the Subaru Ironman 70.3 Mont-Tremblant and the Subaru Ironman North-American Championship will take place on June 8, June 22 and August 17 respectively. In addition, Mont-Tremblant will  host the Ironman 70.3 World-Championship that will gather the international elite in this triathlon event on September 7. It will be the first time that this championship will take place outside of the US.
