Professional triathlete and coach Andrew Bolton, is back with another open water swim workout. The start of a triathlon can cause a lot of anxiety for triathletes. Beach starts can make athletes especially nervous, because you’re going to be running in the water and it’s likely there will be a lot of contact. Practising beach starts is the best way to get more comfortable. Andrew gives you a workout to do just that.
