For many triathletes around the world right now, training has become a challenge as pools are closed, while social distancing, self-isolation or quarantine requirements can make even getting outside a challenge.
With that in mind, today Challenge-Family has started a page on its site that will share workouts from its ambassadors that offer triathletes some alternative training options.
Belinda Granger’s Core Stability Workout
Former Ironman Canada (and Challenge Roth) champion Belinda Granger is both an ambassador and the pro-athlete liason for Challenge Family. She’s created a 15- to 20-minute training session which includes seven core stability exercises.
