5 Tips for Sunny Vacation Runs

— by Daniel Clarke
I’ve been fortunate to get to travel to six continents and run in dozens of countries around the world. Running is a great way to explore an area, experience the culture in a non-tourist manor, and get in some exercise on your vacation. But, there are a few things you’ll want to keep in mind when you’re running in a new place.
- Respect the heat.
- Find an awesome route or destination.
- Bring a little cash and an ID with you.
- Tell somebody where you’re going.
- Educate yourself on the local ‘dangers.’
By following these five tips, you can enjoy running wherever you go.
