5 Tips for Sunny Vacation Runs

— by Daniel Clarke

I’ve been fortunate to get to travel to six continents and run in dozens of countries around the world. Running is a great way to explore an area, experience the culture in a non-tourist manor, and get in some exercise on your vacation. But, there are a few things you’ll want to keep in mind when you’re running in a new place.

  1. Respect the heat.
  2. Find an awesome route or destination.
  3. Bring a little cash and an ID with you.
  4. Tell somebody where you’re going.
  5. Educate yourself on the local ‘dangers.’

By following these five tips, you can enjoy running wherever you go.
