The swim might have been shortened, but that hardly took away from the race’s status as the hardest triathlon in the country. Last Sunday’s Canada Man/ Woman Xtreme Triathlon, part of the Xtri World Series, lived up to its reputation as a tough event, while also offering up some of the most spectacular scenery you’ll see at a race anywhere in the world.
