Top Age Group Canadians at 70.3 Steelhead

This past weekend, hundreds of Canadian age group triathletes descended on Benton Harbour, Michigan, for IRONMAN 70.3 Steelhead. The course featured a challenging swim in Lake Michigan, followed by a relatively flat bike through Michigan’s “fruit land.” The race finished with a half marathon passing through Jack Nicklaus’s golf course and two loops of Whirlpool Corporate Park.

On the day, Canada had a number of top results including a fourth place from Jackson Laundry. Top performances from Canadian age group triathletes include;

AG 18-24: Luisa Juhnke and Sean Vibert

AG 25-29: Jessica Kuepfer and Kevin Pogacar

AG 30-34: Lindsay Henderson and Sean Henderson

AG 35-39: Megan Boggs and Timothy Collins

AG 40-44: Magali Fournier and Kris Carpenter

AG 45-49: Nathalie Hutcheon and Thierry Guertin

AG 50-54: Beth Holmes and David Reaume

AG 55-59: Cheryl Turpin and John Santana

AG 60-64: Thomas Hall
