Those who might have missed the live coverage of the Professional Triathletes Organisation (PTO) 2020 Championship at Challenge Daytona will have a chance to see the highlights from the race on TSN.
The 60 minute show will follow both the men’s and women’s races – the women’s race saw Canada’s own Paula Findlay take the win and the US$100,000 first-prize check. The top Canadian man in the race was Lionel Sanders, who finished fourth. The event offered a total prize purse of US$1.15 million, the largest prize purse ever offered at a triathlon.
The show will air on TSN 2 on December 21 at 4 pm. It will air on TSN 3/5 on December 22 at 2 pm. (Check local listings.)
The show was produced by Nascar productions who are no strangers to covering events at the Daytona International Speedway. Triathlon Magazine Canada editor Kevin Mackinnon was one of the hosts of the show.
