It might be serving as the Esport Triathlon World Championships, but the three-race Super League Triathlon Arena Games Series that starts tomorrow in Munich isn’t exactly attracting a star-studded field. While the men’s race does promise to serve up an interesting rematch between Marten Van Riel and Alex Yee, who duelled to a photo finish at last year’s Super League Triathlon Championship race, the anticipated duel between Britain’s Beth Potter and Jess Learmonth won’t be happening tomorrow.

Potter will be the prohibitive women’s favourite tomorrow, while Van Riel, Yee and Germany’s Justus Nieschlag appear to be the standouts on the men’s side. You can see the full start lists here. There are no Canadians in the field.

Canadians can watch the events on Super League’s YouTube channel or on the Super League Triathlon website.

The women’s heats will start at 11:15 AM local (5:15 AM EST), with the men’s heats going at 12:30 PM local time (6:30 AM EST). The finals begin at 5 pm local time (11 AM EST).
