Shonny Vanlandingham, the reigning women’s XTERRA World Champion, headlines the field at XTERRA Philippines on Sunday March 6 in Liloan, Cebu.
A pair of Lifesport coaches, Dan Smith, and Lance Watson, are the lone Canadians in the race.
A total prize purse of $15 000 will be awarded to the professional racers. Additionally, the top 3 Filipino Elite triathletes in both male and female categories, will battle for $120 000 Php. Age group winners will earn slots to the XTERRA World Championships in Makena, Maui on October 23 later this year.
