Winterlude Triathlon Results

At the 27^th Winterlude Triathlon, Kitchener’s Brent Curry and Ottawa’s Nancy Coke won the overall men’s and women’s races.

Curry edged out Ottawa’s Robbie Anderson by 5 seconds, covering the 8 km skate, 6.2 km cross country ski, and 3.7 km run course in 53:06. Coke’s opening skate of 18:20 built a sizeable lead that enabled her to cross the line (1:02:53) comfortably ahead of Kanata’s Carley Kenwell (1:03:42).

The race marked the beginning of Ottawa’s Winterlude Festival (February 4-21). Full results and race details can be found here.
