What do Canada’s top triathletes listen to while they train?

ThinkstockPhotos-78779619 (1)Unless you’re one of the lucky one who gets to spend all winter in Australia or Arizona, you’re likely spending lots of time on the bike trainer during winter. Of course, as Lionel Sanders and Cody Beals would tell you, trainers are a great tool to improve during the winter and help you develop some series wattage for race season.

For most of us, riding for hours without music is boring. If you’re looking to spice up your trainer playlist, here are some suggestions. These are the songs that some of Canada’s top triathletes like to listen to while they push enough watts to run a toaster and sweat enough to end the drought in California.

When the beat drops the watts go up!
