Triathlete hit by vehicle during a race in Quebec
During the cycle portion of the Lac-Beauport Triathlon.
At the Lac-Beauport Triathlon, a 37 year old female participant in the race struck a vehicle that pulled out in front of her.
In the video below, you can see the incident that someone captured on their smartphone. There seems to be confusion on the part of the driver and the signals received from the police officer providing traffic control.

According to the CBC the woman is expected to make a full recovery from her injuries.
