The Sixth Canadian Iron 226 and Twelfth Iron 113

Tomorrow in Ottawa.

One of Canada’s few iron distance events, the Canadian Iron 226 takes place tomorrow in Ottawa.

The Iron 226 Triathlon (3864M Swim, 180Km Cycle, 42.2Km Run) and Duathlon (4Km Run, 180Km Cycle, 42.2Km Run) highlight the day’s events which include: the Iron 113 (half iron distance), a Sprint Triathlon & Duathlon, a Try A Tri, a Super Sprint Triathlon, a Canoe/Kayak Triathlon, and a Kids’ Surf and Turf to name a few.
