The 28th Esprit Triathlon Results
Pierre Heynemand and Heather Low win.
The 28th Triathlon Esprit de Montreal featured five different events including the main event, The Esprit Triathlon Iron distance race, Pierre Heynemand and Heather Low brought home the overall victories in Montreal, Quebec.
Heynemand, of Notre-Dame-des-Prairies, Quebec crushed the field with a 56:49 3.8 km swim in the Olympic Rowing Basin, a 4:19:47 bike ride on Circuit Gilles-Villeneuve, and a 3:27:08 marathon to stop the clock at 8:47:53.
Low, from Ottawa, Ontario, swam 1:11:04, biked 5:17:57, and ran 3:48:39 to finish in 10:23:53.
