Sunday’s Mine Over Matter

The third Mine Over Matter is all set to go on Sunday August 26^th at the Kelso Quarry in Milton, Ontario, Canada (part of the Kelso Conservation Area).

The swim will take place in the spring-fed, baby blue waters of the Kelso Quarry. The bike portion of this race will take place within Kelso Conservation Area- home to some of the area’s best mountain bike trails, while the run will follow along various escarpment trails!

This is a fast and flowing course, which constantly changes from double to single track and back again. There are lots of opportunities for passing, and racers are treated to several vista views on the run course.

Full Off-road Triathlon and Relay – 1km swim, 17 km bike, 8.5 km run

Short Off-road Triathlon and Relay – 500m, 7.5km bike, 4.9 km run

Off-road Duathlon – 3.1km run, 17 km bike, 8.5 km run

Trail Run – 8.61km

Saturday, August 25 — 2:00pm-4:30pm: On site race kit pick-up

Sunday, August 26 — 6:30am-7:45am full distance triathlon and duathlon race kit pick-ups and day of registrations only

Sunday, August 26 — 8:30am-10:15am short distance triathlon and trail run race kit pick-ups  and day of registrations
