Stimpson and Riederer conquer all at ITU Alicante

Great Britain’s Jodie Stimpson ran away from the rest of the field in the final 10 km segment to take the win with relative ease at Sunday’s Alicante ITU Triathlon World Cup.

“When I noticed I was alone, I tried to concentrate and do it as well as I could,” said Stimpson, who led from early on to claim her second World Cup victory triumph after winning her first title in Guatape in 2012.
