Americans Bretscher and Jacobs win in Michigan.
Americans Daniel Bretscher and Jessica Jacobs took home Ironman 70.3 Steelhead titles in Benton Harbor, Michigan today.
Bretscher led the entire way (26:18 swim, 2:08:27 bike, 1:19:06 run) to cross the finish line in 3:57:17, and Jacobs came from behind with the top women’s run (32:49 swim, 2:26:30 bike, 1:21:19 run) to stop the clock at 4:24:43.
