Filip Ospaly (CZE) and Mary Beth Ellis (USA) took easy wins at Ironman 70.3 Haugesund in Norway.

Ospaly swam 21:19, biked the top split of 2:09:48, and ran the top split of 1:14:15 to win in 3:47:22.

Ellis swam 23:45 (tied for top swim), and had the top ride (2:26:21) and run (1:23:16) to cross the line in 4:16:09 and win by over 8 minutes. Canada’s Samantha McGlone finished sixth (4:44:06).

“What an amazing race in Norway! Gorgeous course & great crowds hope this @IronmanTri event is here for a long time! @ironman70.3norway rules,” said Ellis on Twitter.
