The last full Ironman event of 2012

New champions will be crowned in Busselton this coming Sunday December 9 at Ironman Western Australia.

Timo Bracht and Michelle Bremer, last year’s winners, are not returning to defend their titles.

The swim is a deep water start and will begin approximately 50m off shore and 50 meters away from the Jetty. The bike course is a three-loop that starts and ends on Signal Park encompassing the picturesque Geographe Bay along the way. The four-loop run course is fast, flat and especially spectator friendly.

There are 40 qualifying slots for the Ironman World Championship in Kailua-Kona, HI.
