Lionel Sanders, Cody Beals, Taylor Reid and Kristen Marchant are just a few of the big names who will be coaching and speaking on the panel to answer all your questions about training, nutrition, strategy and more. The panel also includes several esteemed Olympic swim, bike and run coaches and other specialists.

The highlight of the event is the hands-on clinics participants can choose from, during which they will work alongside these experts in sport-specific workshops. Practice your running on a 200 metre track alongside the pros, get stroke correction tips in the water from Olympic coaches and learn valuable injury-prevention techniques.

This full-day seminar is the largest of its kind in Canada. It has been scheduled in conjunction with the Subaru Banquet, Triathlon Ontario Banquet and MultiSport Canada Recharge with Milk Series Awards to ensure you can make the most of the day with everything triathlon. Registration is flexible so you can choose a few clinics or stay for the whole day, including meeting the pros at the Triathlon Ontario social banquet in the evening. Here, special guest Canadian National 800m champion Melissa Bishop will deliver the keynote supper speech.

This event will close off a fantastic year for Canadian triathletes and it will help you make 2016 your strongest yet. Spots fill up every year so be sure to register soon.
