A: You have a couple options: First, the online interview is an incredibly easy way to get a very good custom formula. We encourage most athletes to start there. Second, for questions about creating or fine-tuning a formula, you can find a wealth of information in our nutrition library. Last, if you are a first-time customer, you *may* order a free phone consultation with your “Race to Savings” order and we double-check the custom formula you ordered prior to shipping the product; if you choose this, you must create and order a custom formula. Orders with only a phone consultation will not be addressed until AFTER FEB 7, 2011 and will not receive the Race to Savings discount.
