Morning Activation Routine: Melanie McQuaid

I have found that incorporating these activation exercises into my morning routine has drastically improved my early morning workouts as my body just feels much looser and more engaged before I even start the warm-up.

The exercises I am showing you include:

1. Abdominal Set

2. Hip Hikes

3. Leg Raise

4. Sidelying Leg Raise

5. Mule Kick

Consistently performing these exercises every morning should improve your training early in the day. I have found these exercises key to improving my swimming in particular.
