Winning my first Ironman 70.3 by ten minutes at Eagleman and setting the bike course record.

Podium at an Ironman 70.3 Regional Championship, win two Ironman 70.3 races and set some bike course records!

What is one New Year’s resolution you have 2016, that’s not triathlon-related?
Get out of the house on recovery days and do something fun and social to unplug from triathlon.

What was your greatest moment of 2015?
Almost winning my first full distance event at Ironman Canada.

What did you learn in 2015 that you will carry with you into 2016?
You can go much, much harder than you might imagine for an Ironman race.  That knowledge will inform a lot of my decisions on racing and training.

What goals do you have for 2016?
Win a full distance Ironman event.

What is one New Year’s resolution you have 2016, that’s not triathlon-related?
In 2016 I will have higher expectations of myself and lower expectation of others.  At the same time, I will pay attention to mowing my own lawn and worry less about how other people are doing it.
