At Lahte, Estonia, Borghild Løvset of Noway and Italy’s Daniel Antonioli won the ITU Lahte Winter Triathlon.

Løvset covered the 6 km run in 21:17, mountain biked 12 km in 32:43, and cross country skied 10 km in 33:36 for a total time of 1:29:56 – winning by close to 7 minutes. In the men’s race, Antonioli finished the course in 1:20:20 (17:42 run, 31:19 bike, 30:08 ski), just 22 seconds ahead of Norway’s Kristian Monsen.
