Ironman Owners want to buy MLSE?
Speculation that Providence Equity Partners is interested in buying the Leafs and Raptors.
The story is currently floating around that Providence Equity Partners, owners of World Triathlon Corporation (Ironman), is interested in acquiring controlling interest in Maple Leaf Sports and Entertainment (MLSE) and thus owning properties such as the Toronto Maple Leafs, Toronto Raptors, and Toronto FC.
