Ironman acquires the popular Musselman Triathlon in upstate New York

On July 15th, Ironman announced its acquisition of the Musselman Triathlon in Geneva, New York. Beginning in 2020,  Ironman will own and operate Ironman 70.3 Musselman taking place on July 18/19.

Founded in 2003, the Musselman Triathlon is a half-distance triathlon consisting of a 1.9K swim, 90K bike, and a 21.1K run. Taking place in Geneva, New York, the Musselman race weekend is a short drive from the border and offers a variety of multisport races. With the half, aquabike and duathlon events taking place on the Sunday and miniMussel on Saturday.
