Ironman 70.3 Syracuse Results

Canada’s Samantha McGlone led the entire way to win the inaugural Ironman 70.3 Syracuse today. First out of the water in 27:34, she rode 2:31:49, and finished with a 1:26:24 half marathon to win with a time of 4:28:55. Australia’s Paul Matthews did the same to win the men’s race and he put up top splits in all categories (swam 24:17, biked 2:08:35, and ran 1:14:23) to finish in 3:49:49.
