Fast racing at Ironman Switzerland

Schildknecht and Thürig crush the field.

Switzerland’s Ronnie Schildknecht missed the course record by 14 seconds on the way to winning his 4th Ironman Switzerland title in a row. Meanwhile, fellow Swiss Karin Thürig took her second title of the event (last won in 2005) and broke her own course record coming just shy of going sub-9 hours.
